Can I get a refund?
"I'm within the trial or just started paying. What is your refund policy?"
The 90-day trial is complimentary — nothing is charged during that period, so there is nothing to refund.
For paid subscriptions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days of the initial paid month. Contact billing@immpilot.com.
Annual plans can be prorated and refunded within the first 60 days of the annual term.
