How do I create my workspace?
"I have received an invitation email. What are the exact steps to get from that email to a functioning workspace?"
Click the link in the invitation email within 72 hours. If the link has expired, ask your account owner to resend it — invitations expire for security reasons.
You will be asked to set a password (minimum 12 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and at least one symbol) and to enable multi-factor authentication. MFA is required by default on the Practice and Enterprise plans.
Once signed in, complete the short workspace setup wizard: firm name, timezone, working hours, and logo upload. All of these can be changed later from Settings → Workspace.
