Audit logs and file records
Every action in the platform is logged. Here is how to access, filter, and export those logs.
ImmPilot maintains a comprehensive audit log of every material action taken in the workspace: case creation and modification, document upload and access, message sending, user sign-in, permission changes, and administrative actions.
Case audit trail
Every case has a dedicated audit trail visible on the case itself, showing the complete history of the case in chronological order. This is the record CICC will ask for in a file audit.
Workspace audit log
Administrators have access to a workspace-wide audit log at Settings → Audit Log. Logs can be filtered by user, action type, date range, and case. Filtered results can be exported to CSV or JSON.
Retention
Audit logs are retained for the life of the workspace and for the compliance-required retention period after workspace closure. Logs cannot be modified or deleted by any user, including administrators.
