Case templates and program presets
Create reusable templates for common case types so intake takes minutes, not hours.
A case template captures the standard stages, document requirements, deadlines, and communications for a specific program or case type. When you open a new case, applying a template pre-populates all of these — which you can then customise.
Built-in program templates
ImmPilot ships with maintained templates for major IRCC programs: Express Entry (CEC, FSW, FST), all active PNPs, Study Permits, Work Permits (LMIA and LMIA-exempt), Family Sponsorship, Citizenship, and Refugee Claims. Templates are updated as programs change.
Firm-specific templates
Administrators can create firm-specific templates for niche programs or repeatable engagements — corporate immigration retainers, LMIA batch processing, or complex family files. Templates are cloned from an existing template and then edited.
Template versioning
Templates are versioned. When a template is updated, existing cases using an earlier version continue on that version until explicitly upgraded. This prevents disruption to in-flight cases.
