Subscription plans and entitlements
How the plans work, what each includes, and how to upgrade.
ImmPilot is available in three subscription tiers: Solo, Practice, and Enterprise. All plans include the full case management, document, and client portal capabilities. Higher tiers add capacity, advanced integrations, and dedicated support.
Solo
Designed for individual RCICs. Includes up to 3 team members, unlimited active cases, standard integrations, and email support.
Practice
Designed for growing firms. Includes up to 25 team members, priority support, advanced automations, custom roles, and the full integration suite.
Enterprise
Designed for large firms and networks. Includes unlimited team members, dedicated success manager, SSO, custom SLAs, and deployment options.
Trials
New workspaces receive a 90-day trial of the Practice tier. No payment method is required to start. At the end of the trial, workspaces select a plan; if no plan is selected, the workspace enters a read-only grace period.
