How does document classification work?
"The system suggests a document type when I upload. Where does that come from?"
When a document is uploaded, our AI classifier examines the content and predicts the document type from a taxonomy of over 200 immigration-relevant document categories.
The suggestion comes with a confidence score. High-confidence suggestions can be confirmed with a single click. Low-confidence suggestions require manual classification.
The classifier learns from your firm's confirmations over time and improves on the document types you handle most often.
