What document formats can clients upload?
"What file types are supported for document uploads?"
The portal accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC (auto-converted), and TIFF for documents, and PDF, DOCX, and DOC for forms.
Maximum file size per upload is 50 MB. Larger files can be uploaded in the desktop app up to 500 MB.
Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are rejected. Ask the client to remove the password before uploading.
