Do I have to review every AI-generated draft?

No. AI-generated client-facing content is never sent automatically. Every draft requires human review and approval before it leaves your workspace.
This is a deliberate product decision to keep the RCIC accountable for every communication and preserve professional responsibility.
Automations can send template-based (non-AI) messages automatically. AI is used for drafting; humans decide.
