Can I turn off AI features?
"My firm is not comfortable with AI. Can we disable it entirely?"
Yes. From Settings → AI, you can disable AI classification, drafting, and decision support at the workspace level.
With AI disabled, all these features simply are not available. Everything else in the platform continues to work.
AI features can also be selectively disabled — for example, keeping classification enabled but turning off drafting.
