How do I permanently delete my workspace?
"We are shutting down the practice. How do we close our workspace?"
Contact your account owner or support to request workspace closure. This is not self-serve because it triggers a compliance workflow.
You will be offered a full data export before closure. After closure, data is retained for the compliance-required period (typically 7 years for immigration records) and then permanently deleted.
During the retention period, data is inaccessible but not destroyed — a lawful request from CICC or a court can compel disclosure.
