How do I export all my data?
"I want a copy of all my workspace data."
From Settings → Data → Export, request a full workspace export. You receive a download link (valid for 7 days) once the export is ready — typically within a few hours for a mid-sized practice.
Exports include all cases, clients, documents, communications, invoices, and audit logs in an open format (JSON manifests + files).
For account closure, an export is offered automatically at the start of the read-only grace period.
