How do I connect Outlook or Google Calendar?
"I want my case deadlines to appear in my calendar."
From Settings → Integrations, connect either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace using the OAuth flow. Only the account owner can authorise the connection for their own calendar.
Once connected, case deadlines assigned to you automatically appear as calendar events with reminders. Deadline changes propagate to the calendar within minutes.
The reverse direction is not enabled by default — ImmPilot does not read your existing calendar events. This can be enabled per user in Settings → Notifications.
