How do I export invoices to QuickBooks?
"My accountant wants my invoices in QuickBooks Online."
From Settings → Integrations, connect QuickBooks Online with the OAuth flow. You need administrator rights on both accounts.
Once connected, all newly created invoices export to QuickBooks automatically. Existing invoices can be back-filled with a bulk export.
Payments recorded in ImmPilot reconcile to QuickBooks automatically. Payments recorded in QuickBooks first do not sync back — record payments in ImmPilot to maintain the case-level ledger.
