Can I hide certain documents from the client?
"I don't want the client to see my draft submission letter. Is that possible?"
Yes. Every document has a visibility setting: Internal Only, Client Visible, or Client Signable.
Internal Only documents (like draft submission letters) are never shown to the client.
Access defaults are set per document type in Settings → Document Types and can be overridden on individual documents.
