Can the portal use my firm's branding?
"I want the portal to feel like it's part of my firm's website."
Yes. Upload your logo, set your primary colour, and (on Practice and Enterprise) apply custom typography from Settings → Branding.
On Enterprise, you can host the portal on your own subdomain (e.g. portal.yourfirm.com) with a full CNAME and TLS setup.
The rest of the platform (admin views) always retains the ImmPilot product identity — white-labelling is portal-only.
