First, check status.immpilot.com for any current incidents that may be affecting performance.

Second, hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). Cached older versions of the app can occasionally cause slow loads after a release.

Third, check your network connectivity — the app requires stable connectivity to render live data.
