Cases
How do I search across all my cases?
"I need to find a case by client name or reference number."
Use the global search in the header (or press ⌘K / Ctrl+K to open the command palette). Search matches across client names, case reference numbers, program names, and free-text notes.
For advanced filtering, go to Cases and use the filter bar. Filters can be combined and saved as a Named View for repeat use.
Search results respect your permissions — you only see cases you have access to.
