What is a case?
"What does a case represent in ImmPilot?"
A case is a single immigration matter for a single primary applicant. A family PR application is one case with dependants attached. Multiple applications for the same client (e.g. a study permit followed by a PGWP) are separate cases with a shared client record.
Every case has an owning RCIC, a program, a stage, a set of required documents, and a full audit trail. It is the fundamental unit of work in the platform.
